All our jewelry are handmade and limited designs. If it is not available when you order it, that means that it ll be made from scratch exclusively for you. The time needed for each piece is different depending on the design. If you wish, you can contact us here to check availability. If it is not available, you ll be informed about the specific time needed to have it done. Our philosophy is against mass production since each piece of jewelry is made with passion and soul. Each jewelry we make is individual as you.
Yes. What you see in the picture is the actual item you ll receive. Please notice that if the item is still available it will be exactly the same that you ll receive. If it is not, then will make it from scratch just for you. Note that since it'll be handmade there might be minor differences to the final result.
We use only solid sterling silver 925 or even 955 for our jewelry that gives our clients better value. The Gold-plated parts are with 14k or 18k depending on the design as well. When we use semi-precious or precious stones, we name exactly the stones that we use so you know exactly what you are buying.
We enlarged picture of our jewelry, so you can have a better view of the jewelry design. Most of our jewelry are made with microsculpture so it is necessary to enlarge them so you can see the magnificent detailed technique and final result.
Due to different resolution of the colors on the pc / tablet / phone screen, there is always a possibility, the item you are ordering to have a slight difference.

International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges that differ from country to country depending on their laws and policies. For International Orders, we are not responsible for any fees that your country may have charged you. We do not cover any additional costs or charges for the final delivery of the package to your country or destination. Duties, Taxes, Customs, or some other fees that your country had applied are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We will not be able to give you a refund if the package is returned since you denied accepting it because of the reasons mentioned above ( refusal of customs and taxes payment)
Once you have placed your order you ll receive a confirmation email from our team with the timeframe of the delivery.
You can ask us about the availability of the item you choose before placing an order by contacting us here. When you place an order, with the confirmation email that you ll receive from us, there ll be information regarding the availability of the specific jewelry you ve ordered and the time needed to be produced. Usually it takes 14 – 40 business days, depending of the design to be fulfilled.

If the order is shipped, we will not be able to make address changes. However, if the order has not been shipped please contact us, write Address Change and the correct address in the comments. You ll receive an email from us that the change of address has been done.
There are many reasons an order can be canceled. One of the reasons is the accurate information regarding the order or if there is no reliable payment or ever proved payment. Our people will reach you for confirmation of these details. If there is no result from these actions, then the order will be cancelled.
Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change the order due to administrative reasons. However, if you decide to cancel it in 24 hours since you ve placed the order, we can give you the amount that you paid as credit store for your next order. This doesn’t apply for custom made orders or sales or special discounts or promotional codes.

Especially if it is not available it will be made just for you. However, if the item was available and has not been shipped, we can offer to cancel and replace the order by another item that you choose by contacting us. This doesn’t apply for custom made orders or sales or special discounts or promotional codes.
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed we cannot change it or cancel since it is custom made just for you. Depending on the stage of completion we can made some changes on the design.

When it is ready it will be sent to you with the delivery method you ve chosen and either way you ll receive a second email with the Tracking number that you can use to track your order any time.
Occasionally delays due to customs or courier are unfortunately beyond our control. Try to make sure that you ve entered right your address and telephone number.
In this case please contact the courier or delivery company used in your country to solve out this issue and make sure you use your tracking code. If they claim that they cannot help you, please contact us and we ll be happy to assist you resolve this issue.

Yes, you can. Please make sure you have the right information regarding the delivery address. If you pay by card we recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to avoid delays
When the package is sent to you with the delivery method you ve chosen, you ll receive a second email with the Tracking number that you can use to track your order any time.
We do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations
Our main philosophy is your complete satisfaction with your order. We ll be happy to exchange or give you merchandise credit for items returned in 14 days. Before doing that, it is necessary to explain to us why exactly you want to return the specific item by contacting us here. Consider thought that you must accompany it with the sales receipt, unworn unaltered and of course in a saleable condition. Custom made personalized items or items purchased on sales or special discounts or promotional codes will not be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit and will be considered final sale. Once we ve received the package please allow us at least 10 days for the procedures to be done.
Important notes
1.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or you have received the wrong item.
2.When you send the item back, we are not responsible if is lost or damaged therefore we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or store credit. To avoid such situations please make sure you ve insured the package for the full amount of the merchandise that you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
